Denise holds degrees in Holistic Nutrition and Psychology to be able to coach clients through proper nutritional eating as well as the emotional aspects and difficulties of permanent weight loss.

Initial Appointment – $90 (1-hour)
During your initial 1-hour appointment, we will:

- First assessment (upon client’s decision to move forward)
